EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Dear RENA LANGE Customer:

Please use the following guidelines for your returns:

1. If the product was not purchased from Rena Lange USA, Inc. (“RENA LANGE”), please return the item to the retailer where it was purchased.
2. If the product was purchased from RENA LANGE, it may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. When making a return, please contact us via E-Mail at customerservice@renalangeusa.com before returning any RENA LANGE items.
   A return authorization number will be supplied to you. No returns will be accepted without such a return authorization number.
4. Please check all boxes upon arrival and report to us immediately any damage that may have taken place during shipping.
5. RENA LANGE does not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection as RENA LANGE is not responsible for lost shipment.
6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Any Special Order surcharge is non-refundable.
8. Items should be returned new, unused, in original condition and with all RENA LANGE garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
9. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Please note your order number on the outside of the package.
